Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (28.4 grams)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instuctions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Prepare Skillet: Lightly grease your 10cm skillet.
- Melt Butter: Melt 28.4 grams (2 tablespoons) of unsalted butter.
- Mix Sugars: In a bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add Vanilla and Egg Yolk: Stir in the vanilla extract and egg yolk until combined.
- Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine: Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Chocolate Chips: Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Transfer to Skillet: Evenly spread the dough in your greased skillet.
- Bake: Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
- Cool and Serve: Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
